Frances was born January 10, 1917 in Cottage Grove, the daughter of Lehart and Anna (Scheel) Nippoldt. She was raised in Cottage Grove. She was employed many years as a clerk at the Department of Motor Vehicles. She enjoyed cooking and will be remembered for her lemon pie. She liked to sew when she was younger. She was active at her church and in the Washington County Senior Center. One year she received the Outstanding Senior Citizen Award.
Beloved sister of Victor. Preceded in death by sisters Viola Flohr, Alice; infant brother.
