Esther Marie was born September 8, 1915 in Nortin Township, North Dakota the daughter of Philip & Emilia (Rechenberg) Hase. She was raised in North Dakota. She retired in 1980 from School District 833. Following retirement, she enjoyed traveling. She was an avid gardener and a talented seamstress as well as a quilter. She was member of All Saints Lutheran Church and a a lifelong member of the VFW.
Preceded by husband Fred; parents Philip and Emilia Hase; brothers Ervin and Eldean Hase, sisters Theresa Bentz, Lillian Zuesdors, Alvina Rust, Victoria Vaughn, Ella Stuber.
Beloved mother of Carol (Bob) Manning of Cottage Grove, Ronald (Sharron) of Inver Grove Heights, Robert (Maria) of Kingman, Arizona; 9 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Funeral service 12 Noon FRIDAY at ALL SAINTS LUTHERAN CHURCH, 8100 Belden Blvd. Cottage Grove. Interment Ft. Snelling. Visitation 11AM-12 noon FRIDAY at church.
