Esther Johnson

Esther Johnson, age 86, of Cottage Grove, MN, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 29, 2018 while surrounded by her loving family at Woodbury Estates in Woodbury, Minnesota.

Esther enjoyed traveling out of the Country as well as many trips around the United States. She also enjoyed playing bingo, baking, sewing, roller skating, going to casinos and for walks around the neighborhood.

She is survived by her daughter, Shirley (John) Forster; son, Gary (Kathy); seven grand children; one great grandson; two sisters, Vickie Gullickson and Elizabeth (Bruce) Richardson; as well as many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Emma Pander; brothers, George, William, Herman and her son, Wesley.

A Celebration of Esther's Life will be held 11:00 AM with visitation beginning at 10:00 AM, Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Kok Funeral Home, 7676 80th St. S., Cottage Grove, MN, 55016. Private family interment at Hillside Cemetery in Volga, South Dakota.
