Elizabeth Miskowiec

Elizabeth "Beth" Ann Miskowiec, age 86 of Cottage Grove, passed away February 14, 2025 at Norris Square.

Memorial service will be 11 am, Saturday, May 17, 2025 at All Saints Lutheran Church, 8100 Belden Blvd S., Cottage Grove with visitation one hour prior to the service at church.

Beth was born February 18, 1938, in Minneapolis to William and Helen Rodger. She graduated from Edison High School in 1955 and began her training as a nurse at Fairview Hospital. She was married to her high school sweetheart, Ronald Miskowiec on July 3, 1958. She had a heart for caregiving and during her nursing career she primarily served as an RN at St. John's Hospital.

Beth was a huge sports fan and was regularly found in the stands cheering on her sons at their sporting events or attending Twins, Vikings and Gopher's games.

Among the many things that Beth enjoyed were reading, quilting, gardening, bird watching, all kinds of music, camping, Disney and canning.

She is survived by her sons Peter, David (Traci) and Thomas; granddaughter Miranda and special friend Deborah and her husband Steve. She is preceded in death by her husband Ronald; parents William and Helen Rodger and daughter-in-law Janice Miskowiec.
