Age 92 of Cottage Grove died on Friday evening, July 27, 2007 at her residence.
Elizabeth was born September 20, 1914 in Dixon, Montana the daughter of Charles & Evva (Weaver) Messerschmidt. A former resort owner and restaurantur, Elizabeth was an avid gardener and a
wonderful cook. Our beloved mother and grandmother's love for her family and her
desire to give endlessly to all who came in to her life will forever remain in our hearts.
She was preceded in death by husband Louis W. Haggenmiller, son Edward 'Bud' Haggenmiller; husband Norman H. Johnson as well as her parents.
Beloved mother of James Haggenmiller, Cathryn Corey; grandmother of Maya Corey; great-grandmother of Jalyn Hamilton; many other relatives and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Wednesday August 1, 2007 at St. Rita's Catholic Church, 8694 80th St. S. Cottage Grove. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation 10-11 AM Wed. at church.
