Eleanor J. McGee, age 91, of Newport, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 27, 2012. Preceded in death by husband, Barton, and siblings, Clarence, George, Bryan, Richard, Genevieve, Bernice, Florence, Verna, Mary Ann. Survived by children, Robert (Alice), Gregory (Jayne), Kathleen (Larry) Oman; grandchildren, Kelly Oman, Chad (Mandy) Oman, Jennifer (Volkan) Kahveci, Maureen (Theo Rakotz) McGee, Connor (Tami) McGee, Caitlin McGee; great grandchildren, Liam McGee and Geoffrey Kahveci; sister, Roselyn Klabaunder; and special nephew, Tom (Linda) McGee. Funeral Service 11 AM, Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at Kok Funeral Home, 1201 Portland Ave., St. Paul Park, MN with visitation two hours prior to the service. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Nasseff Heart Center, 333 North Smith Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55102.
