Dylan Thorp

Dylan Craig Thorp, age 14 of St. Paul Park, died unexpectedly on May 25, 2014.

A memorial visitation will be held to honor Dylan's life on Friday at Kok Funeral Home, 1201 Portland Avenue, St. Paul Park from 4:00-7:00 pm.

Dylan was born in West Union, Iowa on April 21, 2000. He celebrated his first birthday in St. Paul Park where he and his family have lived ever since. He was currently attending the Oltman Middle School as an 8th Grader.

Dylan had a heart of compassion for everyone around him and was always the first to help in any way that he could. He always had a smile on his face and an infectious goofy smile. He loved being outdoors where he could fish, rescue animals and spending time with his friends. Dylan's life touched many and will always be remembered.

Dylan is survived by his mom, Danelle; sisters, Hailey Harned and Sara Thorp; brothers, Corey Thorp and Michael Johnson; dad, Mark Johnson; grandpa Craig Johnson; grandma Mary Ann Johnson, aunt Kathleen Johnson and uncle Vic Johnson.
