Age 88, went to her eternal rest on April 20, 2011 after a 3 A½ year journey with dementia. In her final days she was surrounded by the love of her family and the wonderful care of the staff at The Gables in Stillwater. Dorothy grew up in Owatonna, worked many years at Bethesda Hospital, and ended her career at the Cottage Grove Senior Center. She was preceded in death by husband John and son Jim. Dorothy is survived by sons John (Carol) of Florida, Bob (Charlene) of Arizona; daughters Mary (John) Gorres of Hastings, Carol (Paul) Johnson of Roseville; and daughter-in-law Terri Davis of Arden Hills. Also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 am Monday, April 25, 2011, at ST. RITAa�(TM)S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 8694 80th St. S. Cottage Grove, MN, with visitation from 9-11 am at the church. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
