Donald Sheridan

Donald Francis Sheridan age 94 of Newport, Minnesota died peacefully on December 20, 2016. He was born on April 25, 1922 to Philip & Jenny (Mundy)in Mason City, Iowa. He was raised in Chicago and St. Paul, graduating from Marshall High School in 1940. A few years after high school he enlisted in the Navy and served his county in the US Navy and US Army. He married Patricia Winfree in Sioux Falls, South Dakota in 1968. They moved to Newport in 1969. Don enjoyed fishing, and hunting. Graveside service, 2 pm, Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
