Diane Mattaini

Diane J. Mattaini, age 75, of Inver Grove Heights died peacefully on Monday, May 11, 2015.

Diane is survived by her son, daughter-in-law, and grandson, Joel, Leigh and Andrew Lehman of Cottage Grove, MN and her brother and sister-in-law, Tom and Carole North. She is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur and her brother, David North.

Diane was born on September 15, 1939 in Chicago, IL to her parents, Howard and Janet North. She graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1961. She married Arthur Mattaini in 1985. She was an entrepreneur in many businesses. Her last and most enjoyed business was a restaurant, Trattoria da Vinci located in St. Paul, MN. She had a love for food and people. She also loved being a grandma and spending time with family and friends.

Diane will be buried in a private ceremony on Friday, May 15, 2015 at 2 pm at Resurrection Cemetery. All are welcome to attend a luncheon celebration on Monday, May 18, 2015 at 1 pm at Lone Oak Grill, 3010 Eagandale Place, Eagan, MN 55121.
