Dennis was born July 5, 1945 in St. Paul the son of Stanley & Caroline (Jarosiewicz) Walkosz. On November 4, 1986 he married Anne Philbrook. He enjoyed fishing and loved his three dogs. Dennis served in the U.S. Navy submarine service seven years. He was a handyman who liked to tell jokes.
Survived by beloved wife Anne Philbrook Walkosz; children Peggy (Bill) Carrothers, Aaron Stumpf; grandchildren Eddie & Ellie Carrothers; sister Marlene (Tom) Trapp, brother Geno (Rosella); many other loving family & his AA family.
Preceded in death by parents Stanley & Caroline; sister Mary Ann McMahon.
Memorial Mass 12 Noon Friday March 17 at ST. RITA?S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 8694 80TH ST. S. Cottage Grove. Inurnment with military honors Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation 10 AM-12 Noon Friday AT CHURCH. Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers.
