Dennis Roche

Dennis E. Roche, age 65, of Cottage Grove, beloved father, grandfather, great grandfather, and brother died peacefully on October 5, 2016 after a courageous battle with cancer. Denny retired from the US Army and also from the Ford Plant after 30 years of employment. He enjoyed watching hockey as well as his children and grandchildren play sports. He cherished time spent with his loving family.

Preceded in death by parents, Willis Sr. and Geneva; brother, Willis Jr.; and niece, Tina Lundgren. Survived by children, Tim (Cinnamon) and Jenny (Mark) Christensen; grandchildren, Natalie (Andy) Schmitz, Lucas Schorn, Jake Christensen, Jocelyn Roche, and Alyssa Christensen; three great grandchildren; sister, Diane Hubert; nephews, Russell Roche, Randal Cook, Donald Cook, and Robert (Sheila) Cook; niece, Gina Roche; and other extended family and friends.

Visitation 5-8 PM, Monday, October 10, 2016 at Kok Funeral Home, 7676 80th St. S., Cottage Grove, MN, 55016 and continues one hour prior to the service on Tuesday with funeral service beginning at 12 PM at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
