Age 57 of Cottage Grove, died October 8, 2005 doing what he loved to do. Beloved husband of Carol; loving father of David of Cottage Grove & Carol (Scott)of Harris, Minnesota. Grandfather of Zackery & Madison; son of David Sr., & Avis of St. Paul; Brother John (Sandra) of Inver Grove Heights; Jean (Larry)of Texas; many nieces,nephews,aunts, uncles & cousins.
David was born January 1, 1948 in Saint Paul. He was raised on the East side of St. Paul. He graduated from Johnson High School in 1966. On October 4, 1969 he married Carol Rodrigue at St. Peter's Catholic Church in North St. Paul. He was an Eagle Scout. He served in the United States Navy four years. He worked at West Publishing since 1973. He was a rock hound who enjoyed traveling with family, camping, hunting. He built a cabin up north.
