Age 82, passed away on January 26, 2009.

Darlene was born to Robert and Clara (Olson) Johnson on November 28, 1926 in Park Rapids, Minnesota. She went to school in Menahga, Minnesota and graduated from Menahga High School in 1944. On May 15, 1946, she was joined in marriage to her husband Herbert “Jerry” Werrbach.

Darlene had lived in St. Paul Park for close to 50 years. During that time, Darlene had worked for the Defense Plant checking ammunition, the Golden Rule, Pullman Elementary as a Title One Aide, and also for West Publishing. When not busy with work she enjoyed baking, knitting, sewing, dinning out, camping and road trips.

Darlene is preceded in death by her husband Herbert “Jerry”, daughter Michelle, and son Steven.

She is survived by her children Scott (Anna), Robin (Jeff Tentinger) Werrbach, Mark (Cathy LaManna), Keith; grandchildren Scotty, Jennifer Frank, Lisa LaManna, Christina LaManna, Genna LaManna; great-grandchildren Vanessa LaManna, Noah Frank, Matthew Frank, Mikayla Frank; brothers Robert (Bobbie) Johnson, Donald (Betty) Johnson, Richard (Barb) Johnson; sisters Hazel Wright, Bonnie Kangas; and many other family and friends.
