Daniel “Dan” Bishop formerly of Saint Paul Park, MN passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at the age of 88.
Preceded in death by his wife Judy Bishop, son Dave Bishop, mother Catherine Bishop, and brother William Bishop. Dan is survived by daughter, Bonnie DeKoster (John) and grandson Evan Jorgenson. He retired from 3M after 38 years of employment. Dan invented several things everyone uses daily. After retiring he volunteered at Friends in Need Food Shelf for over twenty years. Dan enjoyed fishing, bonfires, gambling, visiting friends for a “half cup” of coffee, and tinkering with something. He had a big heart and was a simple man. Dan will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him. We will carry many wonderful memories in our hearts.
A private service is being held.
