Cleo Marie Reinier

Cleo Reinier, age 97 of Prescott, Wisconsin passed away peacefully at United Hospital with her family by her side on Thursday, February 22, 2024. 

Cleo was born on September 10, 1926 to Joseph and Bessie (Wilson) Raeder on the farm in Eau Galle Township, Wisconsin.  She was united in marriage to Eldon Reinier on November 16, 1944 at Grange Hall.  Cleo and Eldon built their home in Prescott, WI where they resided in for 71 years.  They were blessed with over 76 years of love and devotion to each other.  Through the years, Cleo was a cook in the Prescott, WI schools for well over 30 years.  She also cooked at the hospital and Courtyard in Prescott.  Cleo was well known for being a wonderful cook especially memoriable are her Christmas cookie trays of goodies.  She also enjoyed crocheting and many weekends spent up north at their cabin in Spooner hosting family and friends there.  She cherished her time with grandchildren and family.  She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Cleo is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Bessie Raeder; husband, Eldon; daughter, Tonya Fiedler; granddaughter, Stacey Erlandson; all of her siblings, Thelma, Geraldine, Marjorie, Bud, Jerry, and Lillian; and son-in-law, Paul Fendrick.

Cleo is survived by her children, Bonnie Fendrick and Jeffrey (Jennifer) Reinier; grandchildren, Mechele (Mark) Loosbrock, Chad Reinier, Todd (Patti) Fiedler; and many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
