Clark Burt

“Doc” “Gene” Burt, age 96 of Grey Cloud Island died Friday evening May 1, 2009 .

Clark Eugene Burt was born March 20, 19 13 in Three Forks, Montana the son of Clark I and Myra Burt. He was raised in Lewistown , Montana . He graduated from the University of Washington . On February 16, 19 41 he was united in marriage to Naomi in South St. Paul . Gene was an Army Major during World War II. He worked as a veterinarian and enjoyed woodcarving.

He was preceded in death by wife Naomi; sister Bertha; brother Gordon; and parents.

Gene is survived by his sons Lowell and Gordon A..

Funeral Service 11 AM Wednesday at INVER HILLS CHURCH , 8265 Babcock Trail, Inver Grove Heights . Interment Lakeside Cemetery . Visitation 10-11 AM Wed. at church.
