Claire Martyce Christopherson

Claire Christopherson, 97 of Stillwater, formerly of St. Paul Park, MN passed away on November 17, 2023 and is now in the presence of her Lord and Savior, whom she lived her life in service to.

Claire was born on December 12, 1925, to the parents Carl and Eunice Peterson.  She later became a missionary with TEAM in South Africa for many years. When she returned to the states, she volunteered at Hope Community Church and Hope Christian Academy.  Claire never stopped telling people about Jesus.  Even in the nursing home she would ask the nurses if they knew Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior, if they didn't she would tell them.  

Claire loved to play the piano and organ as well as singing.  She knew the alto part to every hymn that you would sing with her.  

Claire is survived by her brother David (Jan) of Jamestown, North Dakota and nephew, Wesley P. Christopherson of Minneapolis. She is preceded in death by parents; brother and sister-in-law, Kenwood and Virginia Christopherson; niece, Elaine Christopherson and nephew, Philip Christopherson.
