Charlyne Rae (Stocker) Hainline, age 75, passed away peacefully on July 24th, 2024, surrounded by family at her home in Cottage Grove, MN. She was born on February 19th, 1949 to Herman Stocker and Charlotte (Anderson) Stocker.
Memorial Service will be at 12 PM on Sunday, August 18, 2024 at Newport United Methodist Church 1596 11th Avenue; Newport, MN with a visitation from 11 AM - 12 PM prior to the service.
Charlyne was a devoted member of the United Church of Christ, where her faith and generous spirit touched countless lives through her fundraising, volunteer work, and warm presence. She had a lifelong love of travel and particularly enjoyed travel with family, with Aruba being a top destination. She enjoyed spending time with her husband of twenty years, Gary, and their beloved dogs. She was a wonderful mother to her three sons; and a doting grandmother to all her grandchildren. She was an endless source of laughter, positivity, and support to all around her. She truly lived her life to the fullest.
Charlyne is survived by her husband, Gary Hainline; sisters, Marlyne (Stocker) Leary and Judy (Stocker) Appel; sons, Jason (Jen), Tim, and Steve Andrews, and Nathan Hainline (Mandy); grandchildren, Lillee, Josephine, Cyrus, Bennett, Tipton, Sloan, and Stryker and many nieces, nephews, and in-laws. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Darlyne (Stocker).
