Passed away Aug. 31, 2013. Survived by wife, Patty; daughters, Lori (Matt) Gilman, Lynn Carlson, Amy (Dave) Ostergaard, and Allison (Michael) Puhrmann; 11 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and other extended family and friends. Chuck was grateful for his 28 years of life after his liver transplant.
Visitation 4-8 PM, Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013 at Kok Funeral Home, 1201 Portland Ave., St. Paul Park and also one hour prior to mass at church. Mass of Christian burial 11:00 AM, Friday, Sept. 6, 2013 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 920 Holley Ave., St. Paul Park. Interment at St. Thomas Aquinas Cemetery. Memorials preferred.
