Carolyn L. Bailey, age 81, of Cottage Grove, passed peacefully on Friday, May 24, 2024, at home while surrounded by her loving family.
Preceded in death by husband, Gary; and parents, Howard and Berniece Taplin. Survived by daughter, Nikki (Mark) Weiberg; sister, Shirley Hurst; brother, Terry (Jill) Taplin; dear friend, Pat Ebel; and loving four legged companion, Quinn.
Carolyn loved the outdoors and spending time up north with family and friends. She was a cowgirl at heart. She will be deeply missed.
Memorial Service 11 AM with visitation beginning at 9 AM, Saturday, June 22, 2024 at Resurrection Lutheran Church, 9925 Bailey Rd., Woodbury, MN 55129. Private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Safe Hands Rescue (https://safehandsrescue.org/)
