Beatrice "Bea" Schultz, age 84 of Cottage Grove
Our busy Bea has prepared her last delicious dinner. An avid cook, baker, and talented crafter, Beatrice Fay Schultz (Duncanson) peacefully left us early Wednesday morning May 15th, 2013 to reunite with the love of her life, husband John Schultz; parents Ralph & Clara, and sisters June & Shirley, in heaven. She is survived by her children Sandi (Tom) Witzel, Mark Schultz; grandchildren Chad (Tonya), Amber; adorable great-grandchildren Leah, Jordan, Rebecca; brother Ralph Duncanson; and her dearest best friend Arline Hessler.
Bea spent her life as a loving & devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She worked many pleasant years at Cottage Grove Liquors and Cottage Grove Florist. Bea spent much of her free time creating tasty dishes in her kitchen. Her talent didn't end there; Bea was quite crafty with her hands. She kept babies warm & snuggly with darling little sweaters and blankets she knitted. She also fashioned hand-made greeting cards to give to friends & family. Bea also was an active member of the Cottage Grove Lions Club for many years and enjoyed the friends she made and their many social activities. Bea was always thinking of her next exciting dish to make or a crafty project to start.
All of us who knew & loved her will miss her terribly, she will always be in our hearts.
