Age 94 died Sunday night November 6, 2011 at Glencoe Regional Health Services.

Arnold Wesley Moen was born September 5, 1917 in Lakota, North Dakota. His mother passed away two weeks after his birth and he was raised by his maternal grandparents in Cottage Grove. Arnie graduated from Park High School in 1936. On September 5, 1942 he was united in marriage with Grace Anderson in St. Paul. Arnie worked for Swift & Co, in their personnel & claims departments before becoming an insurance agent in 1960. In 1976 he moved his insurance office to Town & Country Bank in Newport. He served on the board of directors for the bank. Arnie worked for Anchor Bank in St. Paul Park as their Vice President of Public Relations from 1999 until his retirement in 2008. He was Past Master of the Newport Masonic Lodge and recently was awarded his 70 year membership pin.

Arnie was preceded in death by his wife Grace; and brother Victor. He is the beloved dad of Joanne (Dan) Biederwolf; grandpa of Jodi (Ryan) Mueller, Jamie (Christopher Yurek; great-grandpa of Aubrey; brother of Norman "Bud", brother-in-law of Gladys Westin; also survived by special nephew Robert Wicklem, many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation 4-8 PM Thursday with a 7 PM Masonic Service at KOK FUNERAL HOME, 1201 Portland Ave. St. Paul Park.(651-459-2875) and 10-11 AM Friday at church. Funeral Service 11 AM Friday at COMMUNITY UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST, 1140 Summit Ave, St. Paul Park. Interment Cottage Grove Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Community UCC or Donor's Choice.
