Allan "Al" Olzenak

Allan “Al” Olzenak, age 62, of Cottage Grove, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 12, 2021 after an 18 month battle with cancer.

Preceded in death by father, John “Jack”; and brother, Kevin. Survived his mother, Georgiana “Georgie”; siblings Greg, Barb (John) Maslowski and Scott; nieces and nephews, Jenna (fiancé, Brett), Daniel (Kirti), Andrew, and Brandon (girlfriend, Jen); and special friends, Mark (Kim) Buetow.

Al was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish and camp with his brothers. His favorite team to watch was the Minnesota Wild.

Celebration of Life 11:30 AM with visitation beginning at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Kok Funeral Home, 7676 80th St. S., Cottage Grove, MN, 55016. Interment to follow at Oakland Cemetery, St. Paul, MN.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Lyngblomsten Care Center in Al’s name.
